Form for registering a report under Whistleblowers Protection Act

With a CPDP’s decision from 19.04.2023, the Form for registering a report for infringements according to the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Information or Publicly Disclosing Information on Breaches (Whistleblowers Protection Act) was adopted.
On the basis of § 9, the Form for registering a report is provided for use by all entities obliged under the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
