1. You have right to access to data relating to you and included in the Schengen Information System. This access is provided by the national unit responsible for processing data in SIS in the relevant country. Information on that unit in the country you can obtain from the national authority for personal data protection.
2. You have the right to ask for rectification of factually inaccurate data relating to you or deletion of unlawfully stored data relating to you. For information to whom you must submit a request for that you can also contact the national authority for protection of personal data in the concrete country.
3. In the territory of each contracting party you can prosecute a claim to the courts or to the authority competent under national law, for rectification, deletion and/or for obtaining information, or compensation in connection with a signal.
4. You have the right to ask the supervisory authorities (in Bulgaria the competent authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection) to examine verification of data, relating to you and are included in the Schengen Information System, as well to obtain information about its use.
