The Annual Report on the Activities of the Commission for Personal Data Protection for 2015 was accepted by the Internal Security and Public Order Committee of the 43th National Assembly during a meeting on 13 April 2016. The report was presented by Tsvetelin Sofroniev, Member of the Board of the Commission for Personal Data Protection and was accepted unanimously by the seventeen members of the parliamentary committee.
The emphasis was put on the activities for 2015, accomplished by CPDP and its administration. The goals and priorities for 2016, which are in line with the finalization of the new legal data protection framework and the strengthened responsibilities and the active dialogue policies with the individuals and the data controllers were outlined.
