On October 12th and 13th 2009 were held sessions of the Joint Supervisory Body of Europol, the Schengen Joint Supervisory Authority and the Working Party on Police and Justice. Maria Mateva and Veselin Tselkov, members of the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria took part in the sessions. On the session of the Schengen Joint Supervisory Authority were discussed current issues, the Catalog of best practices for personal data protection was present as well as a Guide for the right of access to the information. On the session of the Joint Supervisory Body of Evropol were presented results of the Inspection of Evropol. Opportunities to conclude agreements with third countries were discussed and the future work strategy of the Joint Supervisory Body of Europol was presented. The Working Party on Police and Justice inspected its long term program with respect to organizational issues and strategic priorities.
