Under the initiative of the Commission for Internal Security and Public Order of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Commission for Protection of the Personal Data organize a public debate on the Draft Law on Amendment and Supplementation of the Law for protection of personal data.
The Draft Law was prepared by experts with long years of experience in the field of personal data protection. New redactions of the present texts have been submitted as well as prepared new articles aiming improvement on the application of the law.
A public debate will be held on 17th February 2009, Tuesday at 10.30 am. in the Tarzhestvena Hall at the Central Military Club in Sofia, 7 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. Invitations for participation in the debate have received the Members of Parliament, the Ombudsman, non – governmental organizations, representatives of the academic circles and experts.
