In compliance with Regulation EU No 603/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Eurodac Regulation) and the obligations for the national authorities to carry out current inspections of the Eurodac System, the CPDP issued a decision (Minutes № 14/23.03.2016), according to which current inspections of the Eurodac National System at the Ministry of Interior and the State Agency of Refugees at the Council of Ministers will be carried out.
