With regard to a priority set by the CPDP in 2016 for carrying out an inspection in the field of Education, CPDP issued a decision (Minutes No 13/16.03.2016) for carrying out an current inspection in the field of Education, as a part of overall control activity, including the administration of the Ministry of Education and Science (sectoral inspection).
The inspection in the field of Education aims at guaranteeing the exact and correct application of the requirements in the field of data protection in the activity of the different organizational structures and the education degrees in Bulgaria. Based on the conclusions, certain recommendations for the data controllers in the field of education will be made.
