At its regular session, held on 15.02.2019, CPDP adopted an opinion about its general approach in the assessment process of Codes of Conduct under Art. 40 and Art. 41 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
This opinion is a consequence of the legislative changes envisaged in the Bulgarian Data Protection Act as well as EDPB’s guidelines which are in procedure of public consultation.
