The control on individuals’ rights protection related to the processing of their personal data and gaining access to such data shall be exercised by the Commission for Personal Data Protection upon observance the terms and conditions set out in the Personal Data Protection Act.
Intra-departmental control on the information activities is carried out by the Minister for Interior or by his/her authorized person and the heads of units according to their authorities.
