On June 21, CPDP’s experts conducted training to the personal data processors from the Bulgarian National Bank. It was attended by over 40 people from 15 administrative units of the bank, who are relevant to the maintaining data registers.
The main aspects of the personal data processing were presented and an emphasis was placed on a number of practical issues. For this purpose, the CPDP’s experts carried out a practical exercise with the Bank’s representatives for making an impact assessment on the maintained by the bank registers.
The learners set a very high score to the training and the practical examples were assessed particularly positive. An recommendation was made in for the future trainings – to pay more attention to the matters relating to the implementation of the new Ordinance № 1 dated 30 January 2013 on the minimum level of technical and organizational measures and the admissible type of personal data protection.
