On 22 and 23 July 2013 Sofia hosted the third work meeting of the project entitled “Raising awareness of the data protection issues among the employees working in the EU”. Representatives from the data protection authorities of all 4 partner countries – Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic and Croatia took part in the meeting.
The discussion topic during the event was the first draft of the project result – the Guidelines on personal data protection for employees. The partners settled issues related to the structure of the text and each party had the chance to make editorial remarks and comments on every chapter of the guidelines. Another topic of discussion was the graphic design and contents of the publication.
The financial grant of the project is trusted by the European Commission, through the “Leonardo da Vinci” program, which is a part of the “Lifelong learning” program.
