From 9th to 11 June the town of Sandanski hosts a training on strategic planning, analysis and assessment of the implementation of the legal framework in personal data protection area. Еmployees of the CPDP specialized administration take part in the training, which is implementation activity of project “Raising the qualifications and upgrade of the skills and competences of the CPDP employees for more effective and efficient implementation of their duties”, № 14-22-45/26.09.2014, funded within the framework of the “Administrative capacity” Operational programme.
During the three training days the CPDP employees will be presented with lectures and case studies on topics such as conducting a SWOT analysis, impact assessment, assessment of the legal framework implementation, setting up priorities in strategic planning. Specific purpose of the training is employees from the “Legal affairs, International Cooperation, Planning and Training” and “Legal procedures and supervision” Directorates to acquire skills and competences for planning, preparation and implementation of strategies, relevant to their duties..
The training falls within the scope of the CPDP policy for enhancing the administrative capacity of its employees in order to further improve the services for citizens and the business sector.
