A final press-conference was held to mark the end of a project „Improving the qualification and building on skills and competencies of the CPDP staff for more effective and efficient performance of their duties“. The project focused on providing trainings for the CPDP employees for improving the quality of their services.
The project team leader and member of the CPDP – Mr. Tsvetelin Sofroniev presented the implemented activities and achieved results and made a review of the team-effort invested in the project. Ms. Rumyana Atanasova – leader of the team of experts who carried out the trainings for the specialized administration on her part acquainted the audience with the methodology and the concept of the trainings, as well as the ideas that were generated during the practical training sessions. CPDP leadership representation at the event was supplemented by the members of the Commission – Mr. Tzanko Tsolov and Ms. Mariya Mateva, who assed highly the implementation of the project and expressed their gratitude to the project team for the good work.
The project was funded by the European Social Fund, via Operative Programme “Administrative capacity”.
