The SIS II Supervision Coordination Group has issued updated Guide for exercising the right of access to the Schengen Information System. Persons whose personal data are collected, held or processed in the second generation Schengen Information System are entitled to rights of access, correction of inaccurate data and deletion of unlawfully stored data. The Guide contains introduction to the second generation Schengen Information system, rights recognized to individuals whose data is processed in the system and description of the procedure for the exercise of these rights.
