The Commission for Personal Data Protection, along with the Data Protection Authorities of Italy, Spain, Poland and Croatia, is implementing a project entitled „T4DATA: Training Data Protection Authorities and Data Protection Officers” under the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme 2014-2020 of the European Union.
One of the main project activities involves planning, organization and conduction of specialized training for data protection officers in the public sector.
During each training seminar, CPDP will present a practical application and interpretation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as, case studies from the Commission`s practice.
Schedule of the upcoming training seminars:
30th of May 2019 – Burgas
31st of May 2019 – Sofia – the event is fully booked
03rd of June – Plovdiv
07th of June – Veliko Tarnovo – the event is fully booked
In order to ensure a better organization and coordination of the planned seminars, a preliminary „Registration” is required. Please send an e-mail, containing the names of the participants, name of the data controller, and a telephone number to halaminov@cpdp.bg .
Participation in these training seminars is free of charge for representatives of the project’s target groups.
In light of the expected great interest, up to two representatives of a personal data controller would be accepted, one of whom has to be the Data Protection Officer.
