In cooperation with the University of Economics – Varna and the Varna Court of Appeal, on December 12, CPDP conducted training for representatives of the courts from North-Eastern Bulgaria. More than 20 judges and court officials participated in training on the topic “Protection of personal data by judicial authorities”. The specifics of the work with personal data of the bodies of the judiciary were thoroughly examined.
On the following day, training was held for over 30 members of the academic staff and employees from the administration of the University of Economics – Varna on the topic “Protection of personal data – current issues of the regulatory framework”. A number of issues and specific cases related to the processing of personal data and their protection in the field of higher education were discussed.
