Model of the Register of reports under Art. 18, para. 2 of Whistleblowers Protection Act

With a CPDP’s decision from 19.04.2023, the Model of the Register of reports under Art. 18, para. 2 of the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Information or Publicly Disclosing Information on Breaches (Whistleblowers Protection Act) was adopted.
On the basis of § 9, the Model of the Register is provided for use by all entities obliged under the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
