The Commission for Personal Data Protection maintains the following public registers:
1. Register of the controllers and processors which have a designated data protection officer
The information this register contains have to be provided by the respective controller / processor by submitting a Notification Form for Designation of a Data Protection Officer.
The data is published in the register the way it is submitted by the controller / processor.
The controllers / processors whose notifications do not meet the regulatory requirements would be contacted by the CPDP.

2. Register of the accredited certification bodies pursuant Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act
At the moment there are no accredited certification bodies pursuant Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
3. Register of the Codes of conduct pursuant Article 40 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
At the moment there are no approved Codes of conduct pursuant Art. 40 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
