Form 26th to 28th March 2008 in Brussels were held sessions of the Common Supervision Institutions of Europol , Shengen and customs issues, as well a meeting of the working group for police and justice issues. The members of the Commission for Personal Data Protectionof the Republic of Bulgaria participated in the work. It was performed a general review of the national customs information systems, the new Shengen countries shared their experience with the Shengen Information System, as well as it was discussed the collaboration between the national institutions for personal data protection. It was also discussed the Frame Decision of the Council of Europe regarding personal data protection as well transborder collaboration on counter terrorism and transborder crimes. It will be discussed a number of other issues regarding personal data protection.
